For the Ford × Red Bull WRC collaboration in Jeddah, the objective was to deliver a high-profile press and fan engagement event that reflected the global stature of the championship while maintaining a refined, professional atmosphere suitable for VIP and governmental attendees. Hosted at the Ford Naghi Main Showroom, the experience needed to balance media precision, fan energy, and brand alignment, all within a live, time-sensitive environment.
A-Z Experience led the full execution of the event, overseeing production, fabrication, installation, branding, and on-ground operations. The space was carefully structured to support three distinct moments: the official press conference and car reveal, direct interaction between drivers and media, and an engaging fan zone that maintained flow without disrupting the formal program.
Custom-built stages, branded frames, and interactive elements were fabricated to elevate the experience. A dedicated discussion podium was designed for the drivers, creating a focused setting for race insights and future ambitions, while a signed Red Bull frame became a lasting keepsake of the collaboration. Attention was given to every detail, from spatial layout and print production to catering coordination, ensuring the event unfolded with precision and ease.
The result was a seamless, high-impact activation that honored the legacy of Red Bull WRC, upheld Ford’s brand stature, and delivered an experience worthy of the occasion
