OIA Beach already offered beautiful views and high-end amenities, but the challenge was in keeping the energy fresh, relevant, and community-driven over four summer seasons. We needed to create activations that continuously pulled in footfall, built anticipation for what’s next, and attracted both visitors and brand partners alike.

From sunset sets to weekend takeovers, we crafted an evolving calendar of entertainment, pop-ups, and immersive experiences that reflected the spirit of each summer. Collaborations with fashion, beauty, Automotive and lifestyle brands brought new audiences and tenants to the resort, while curated entertainment: from DJs to beach games and interactive moments, kept the vibes high all season long. With each passing year, OIA Beach became more than a getaway; it became a summer ritual, and a destination defined by good energy and even better memories.
